An evening for CISOs and senior security leaders to exchange ideas openly at Ottawa’s Rideau Club. Expect peer-led conversations without sales pitches, moderators or slide presentations.
What to expect
- Meet fellow security leaders over drinks and hors d’oeuvres.
- Take part in open-mic conversations or attend to listen and learn.
- Up to nine trophies will be awarded in recognition of contributions.
Who can attend
Attendance is for senior security leaders at established organizations. Space is limited and registration requires host approval. Approved guests receive confirmation; other applicants may be waitlisted.
Register with your organization-issued business email. Personal email addresses may be declined or removed. A registration request is not a confirmed place; wait for your approval email before attending.
How to take part
- Request to join through the registration form. You can also propose a speaking topic.
- Join us on October 26, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m. at Rideau Club, 99 Bank Street, 15th Floor, Ottawa.
- Share your perspective in a five-minute talk, or listen to your peers.
- Connect with other attendees and continue the conversation.

Registration requires agreement to the Chatham House Rule: you may use information shared during the event, but must not reveal the identity or affiliation of a speaker or other participant, or attribute their remarks.

Photos and video may be captured for event documentation and promotion. Attendance indicates consent to appear in these materials. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, tell event staff when you arrive so they can accommodate you.
