In my first blog post, I'd like to share the story behind CISO Open Mic. The idea of CISO Open Mic was conceived to bring together a group of trusted leaders to share ideas and insights in a setting that is intimate, fun, and insightful. Our goal was to create a professional community, not a massive gathering, but a curated group that would make the most of the experience. Personally, I've grown tired of the traditional full-day conference format, where I often find myself hearing recycled content from the same speakers on different panels. My attention span suffers, and I crave something more meaningful. I feel we've built just this.
